Cucumber Balancing Toner

Galen Labs toner is designed to complete the cleansing process, leaving the skin balanced and calm. Water being the last thing to touch the skin after washing can leave the skin with a higher pH than is desirable. The use of toners and the correct hydrosols restore the proper, acidic pH to the skin. This prevents over production of oil and skin cells that is typically seen with use of traditional astringents and toners. This toner is appropriate for all skin types. This toner may be used with a cotton ball to remove deep dirt and makeup.
